A Dignified Future introduces The Human Constitution, a human-centered foresight framework designed to help individuals, communities, and institutions navigate an era of accelerating technological and societal change. Built on the principle that we are born with rights and mature into responsibilities, the framework explores how dignity, emotional maturity, critical thinking, responsible use of power, respectful communication, civic participation, and care for life can strengthen humanity's ability to shape the future. Rather than predicting a single future, The Human Constitution seeks to develop the human capacities needed to navigate many possible futures with greater resilience, cooperation, and social cohesion. The initiative aims to support future generations by helping technological progress evolve alongside human maturity.

This is the short introduction video for the Human Constitution Website

Humanity has made extraordinary advances in technology, science, and communication. Yet many of our greatest challenges remain deeply human: health, relationships, leadership, polarization, and conflict. The Human Constitution is a non-political and non-religious framework that connects human rights with human responsibilities through seven universal principles: Body. Emotion. Thought. Power. Communication. Society. Life. Its purpose is to support a more mature and dignified way of living—within ourselves, with one another, and as a species sharing one future. We are born with rights. We mature into responsibilities. — Maria Dolores Founder, Ambassador for World Peace Author of The Human Constitution

Humanity has the technology to shape the future, but we lack a universal framework to support our health, relationships, and conflicts with dignity — that’s what The Human Constitution offers. This is the fourth of the seven principles in the human constitution. We have both rights and responsibilities for our power - our monetary power, our physical power and our personal power.
