Adolescence

Adolescence is often a period of exploration, questioning, growth, and transformation. Young people begin developing greater independence while navigating identity, relationships, emotions, responsibilities, and future possibilities. The Human Constitution explores the right of young people to be supported as they develop their own voice and perspective. Through Istima, adolescence often becomes one of life's most significant periods of learning, helping individuals build resilience, self-awareness, responsibility, and a deeper understanding of who they are becoming.
