What should change for people when a robot takes over a task?

Automation can alter a task, a role or a service relationship. We can ask what work is actually transferred, what human responsibilities remain and how affected workers or users have a voice. Safety, accessibility and routes to correction matter alongside efficiency. A projected benefit needs evidence in the setting where the robot will operate.
