Boundaries

Many people struggle with boundaries because they fear disappointing others, creating conflict, or appearing selfish. Yet healthy boundaries are not walls that separate us from life. Through Istima, boundaries often become clearer as we learn from exhaustion, resentment, conflict, and experience.
