Conservation

Conservation is the practice of protecting and stewarding species, ecosystems, habitats, and natural resources for present and future generations. The Human Constitution explores our responsibility to care for the living world while balancing human needs and development. Through Istima, conservation invites humanity to move beyond short-term thinking and recognize our role as stewards within larger living systems. As our knowledge, technology, and influence continue to grow, so does our opportunity to restore, protect, and strengthen the conditions that allow life to flourish. Conservation is ultimately an expression of responsibility, dignity, and care for both present and future life.
