Leadership is not merely a position or title. It is the ability to influence direction, decisions, and people. Leaders are in families and organizations, we all lead our lives - self-leadership. The Human Constitution explores our right to participate in leadership and our responsibility to use power in ways that protect dignity, encourage growth, and serve something greater than ourselves.
