Anxiety
What might help when worry feels hard to carry?
Anxiety can make uncertainty feel urgent and exhausting. If that is how things feel now, you do not have to become calm before asking for company or support. You may want someone to hear what is worrying you before offering solutions.
When there is room, we can ask whether a practical concern needs attention or an uncertain outcome is beyond our control. That question may support reflection; it does not explain or treat every person's anxiety. A conversation with a trusted person or suitable professional can give your particular experience more attention than a general answer can. Difficulty feeling calm is not a failure of maturity or responsibility.
A question to sit with (optional): What would I like someone to understand about this worry, and what support would feel manageable now?
