Divorce
How can I find my way through the feelings and responsibilities when a marriage ends?
A marriage can end while love, relief, grief, anger or uncertainty remain. You do not have to make those feelings agree before they deserve a hearing. A trusted conversation can give them room without requiring you to defend every feeling or settle the entire future at once.
Children, shared resources and agreements still need fair attention and a workable plan. Support can help with those responsibilities while understanding is still unfolding. They do not create an unlimited duty to stay in the relationship. Where coercion or violence is present, safety changes what communication is appropriate; a joint conversation should not be assumed safe. Legal duties require advice in the relevant jurisdiction.
A question to sit with (optional): What do I need someone to hear, and which practical responsibility would help to discuss with suitable support?
