Inequality can exist in access to opportunity, education, healthcare, resources, influence, and economic well-being. The Human Constitution explores the dignity and inherent worth of every person while recognizing that people begin life with different circumstances and challenges. Through Istima, inequality invites reflection on opportunity, responsibility, fairness, contribution, and the systems that shape human lives. The challenge is not to eliminate all differences, but to create conditions in which more people are able to develop their potential, contribute meaningfully, and participate fully in society.
