What responsibilities grow with wealth and influence?

Wealth can increase freedom and the ability to shape other people's conditions. We can ask how it was acquired, what obligations already exist and how its use affects others. People may reasonably disagree about redistribution, inheritance and voluntary giving. Equal human worth does not determine one policy, but it invites scrutiny of the power that resources confer.
