Wealth

Wealth creates opportunities, choices, influence, and power. The Human Constitution explores our right to create and enjoy wealth and our responsibility to use it with integrity and awareness. Through Istima, wealth often teaches lessons about stewardship, generosity, security, contribution, and the use of power. Like all forms of power, wealth creates both opportunity and responsibility. As resources increase, so does the potential to influence the well-being of individuals, communities, societies, future generations, and the living world. The challenge is not wealth itself, but how wisely it is used.
