Technologies that enhance physical, cognitive, or biological capabilities raise important questions about identity, fairness, opportunity, and what it means to be human. The Human Constitution explores our right to pursue well-being and advancement and our responsibility to consider the broader consequences of these choices. Through Istima, humanity is invited to reflect on whether progress is measured only by capability or also by wisdom, dignity, and maturity.
